IoT Hardware
Custom connected devices, sensors, gateways, controllers and industrial hardware.
IoT Product Engineering Company
We design, engineer and deploy connected products that combine hardware, embedded intelligence, connectivity, edge computing, cloud platforms and AI.
What we do
We don't just connect devices. We engineer the complete technology ecosystem required to turn an idea into a scalable connected product.
Custom connected devices, sensors, gateways, controllers and industrial hardware.
Firmware, MCU development, device drivers, communication protocols and real-time systems.
LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, BLE, 4G/5G, NB-IoT, GNSS and industrial communication.
Edge gateways, local processing, real-time analytics and Edge AI.
Device management, MQTT infrastructure, dashboards, APIs, data pipelines and cloud integration.
Computer vision, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automation and intelligent decision systems.
End-to-end product development
Seven stages, run in sequence. Most engagements start at whichever stage your product has actually reached.
Understand the problem, use case and business requirements. We establish what the device actually has to measure, where it will sit, and what a successful deployment looks like before any hardware is specified.
Define hardware, connectivity, cloud, software and system architecture. Protocol and power budget decisions get made here, because they are the ones that are expensive to reverse later.
Build working electronics, firmware and proof-of-concept systems. A prototype exists to answer the open technical questions, not to look finished.
Develop production-ready hardware, firmware, cloud and applications. Enclosure, certification path, provisioning and OTA all get designed in rather than bolted on.
Testing, field validation, reliability and performance optimization. Devices are exercised under the conditions of the real site — range, interference, temperature, power loss.
Installation, device provisioning, monitoring and commissioning. Every device is registered, keyed and verified against the platform before it is signed off.
Manufacturing support, fleet management, analytics and continuous improvement. The platform becomes the operational tool once the fleet is larger than a spreadsheet can hold.
IoT hardware
Device classes we design and build — from a single sensor node to an industrial gateway rack.
Embedded & firmware
The firmware layer decides whether a device runs for three weeks or three years on the same battery. We treat it as a first-class part of the product.
Connectivity
Range, power and bandwidth pull against each other. Choosing correctly between them is most of the engineering.
Long-range, low-power IoT connectivity.
Local and high-bandwidth connectivity.
Short-range device communication.
Wide-area cellular connectivity.
Low-power cellular IoT.
Location and tracking.
Reliable IoT messaging.
Industrial fieldbus and legacy equipment.
IoT platform
Connect, monitor, manage and analyze your entire IoT fleet from a single intelligent platform.
Edge AI
Not every decision can wait for a round trip to the cloud. We run inference next to the sensor, so the response happens in milliseconds and only the result travels upstream — which also cuts bandwidth and keeps raw footage on site.
Solutions
Where connected products earn their cost back.
Connected infrastructure, water monitoring, environmental sensing and intelligent surveillance.
Machine monitoring, predictive maintenance, industrial sensors and automation.
Occupancy, air quality, energy monitoring, security and automation.
Soil monitoring, environmental sensing, irrigation intelligence and remote monitoring.
Energy monitoring, smart metering and power analytics.
GPS, LoRaWAN and cellular tracking solutions.
Connected cameras, sensors, access control and AI-powered monitoring.
IoT kits, robotics, embedded systems and technology learning platforms.
Product architecture
Every product we build resolves into this stack. Follow the packet down the rail — that is the path a single reading takes from a sensor in the field to an action in someone's hands.
Custom product development
Whether you have a concept, a prototype or an existing product, KEA InfoTech can help engineer the technology required to take it to the next stage.
Why KEA InfoTech
Hardware, firmware, connectivity, cloud and AI under one team.
We understand both the physical device and the digital platform it reports into.
Move from proof-of-concept to a deployable product.
Build systems that can grow with your business rather than trap you.
Engineering designed for actual field environments, not lab conditions.
Support that continues past the initial development cycle.
Projects
Representative work. Replace these with real deployments as they are cleared for publication.
Distributed flow and pressure sensing across a municipal network, reporting to a central dashboard.
Vibration and temperature telemetry from plant machinery, aggregated through a site gateway.
On-site inference for detection and alerting, with only events — not raw footage — sent upstream.
